The gentleman who greeted us as we arrived gave us lots of info and was really nice and helpful. Coming from the UK it is confusing for us when we are supposed to tip. If you had a tip jar there we would definitely put some in there but it feels so awkward to hand a guy some money. Room is good but facility is not well maintained. The location, the staff, the breakfast and the room were very good.

The staff were very friendly and the room was clean and very spacious. We had enough space to open both of our suitcases. The only thing that confused us was that reception was not on the First floor but on the top floor (TR).
